As part of the Ofsted and Department for Education (DfE) requirements, there is certain information and policies which schools and trusts must publish on their school websites to be compliant.
These regulations are updated on a regular basis, as and when new policies come into force, with the most recent update published on 15 September 2022.
To make it as simple as possible to check your school website and/or trust website is compliant, we have created a handy interactive checklist which has been broken down into three easy-to read bite size sections:
- Essential
- Desirable
- Expert
You will be able to tick each section off as you go - to ensure your website is as up to date, easy to use and compliant as possible.
All you need to get started is an Internet browser, your school website and our FREE handy checklist!
Please note that this checklist is correct to the best of our knowledge as of September 2022. It has been designed as a useful resource to assist with getting ready for Ofsted inspections however e4education takes no responsibility for the compliance of any School or Trust website. We always recommend visiting the DfE website for the most up to date compliance information and guidance. The last update published by the DFE regarding school website requirements was on 15 September 2022.
